As Oakley turned 1, I shot a few pictures of her and her older brother before getting messy with a cake smash.
Kamryn turned 8 and chose to be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We were careful with our angles at the Idaho Falls Temple so no signs of construction showed up in the background of her shots.
This beautiful couple took breaks between shots to throw on coats on this below-zero day.
We braved the cold temperatures to take pictures of this beautiful blended family at Sportsman's Park.
Grandpa Wirkus spent 10 months at Lincoln Court before passing away last month. I shot pictures at his house before he moved to the retirement center. Those pictures mean a lot to me, so I shot pictures of his apartment the day after he passed.
For our annual shoot at their house, we set up shop in the basement and took lots of pictures. Here's a sampling:
This handsome guy is headed to Mexico to serve a two-year mission later this month. We shot these pictures by the Idaho Falls Temple, being careful to avoid construction in the background.
With three young kids, we kept this shoot quick. I love how their personalities are reflected in their portraits.
This may be my new favorite place to shoot photos. With all the new landscaping and the ever-lovely Snake River, this spot on the extended Idaho Falls greenbelt turned out to be full of photo ops.
